Not buying nor playing any Ubisoft Games anymore until they fix themselves.

@UbisoftSupport @UbisoftSupport My siege account was permanently banned for cheating when I wasn't in any way cheating, I've been playing this game for years and really don't want to lose the hours of time and money I've put into it. I haven't been able to get a good response.

@UbisoftSupport My current account is under and email address that I no longer have access to. I’ve contact support to change my email address, but they haven’t responded in days. There should be a simpler process to do this, since this must be a common issue!

Ubisoft may have all the problems but when it wants to make a good game it succeeds

@UbisoftSupport i’m playing just dance and for the past 2 days including today i have been having connection problems, disconnecting in the middle of songs, despite me having nothing wrong with my wifi. is this a problem on ur end? plz tell me what to do if it’s my end :)
