Is AT&T down?

Yeah. I gotta buy out my AT&T contract. Their service has went down the drain over the last decade.

AT&T has been fighting me since July about using my work discount. Finally used it and my bill went down $80 lol

I hate @verizon don’t have Fios in Dallas… cause @ATT count your days! Yall didn’t even know it was an outage in my area. Then.. yall lil 288-2020 number.. sucks ***! Worst AI ever. It couldn’t even pick up to transfer me to tech support! According to employee common issue! WOW!

I walked into an AT&T store open until 8pm but the guy said the system shuts down at 7:50 so they couldn’t help us. I cannot figure out why the system would shut down before the store closes. Why is the store open if you can’t help customers?

Don't use TAG Mobile. Their telephones are constantly breaking down. Their carrier is AT&T.

.@ATT your loyalty dept ended my phone call asking about how I want to go about switching to Verizon and bullshitting me. all I wanted was respect and compensation for yet another outage. maybe teach them what this dept is actually for.

Anyone else having issues with @ATT ? My Internet hasn’t been working most of the day, phones keep freezing. Says there’s an outage for our phones but not wifi. It has to be both.

What’s going on with @ATT? My friend’s fiber service has been down for four days, and they won’t fix it. @googlefiber can’t install new service until December 2. How long does it take to get @Starlink?

As soon as a confirmed my tech appt, @ATT declared another outage and cancelled my appt for a second time. All because a day worker cut a clearly marked cable. Technician said this shouldn't have happened but here we are.

Absolutely absurd that @ATT internet has been down all day long for no reason and no ETA still for them to go back online. Customer service phone # has no information. Ridiculous to not have internet all day, what a waste of money AT&T is.

As if today wasn’t already a ****** day… Xfinity just had to go and make it worse with an outage in my area… internet been out since 6pm.. and the service in my area is already trash.. I’m going back to AT&T.

Hey @ATT, no interent since 10am yesterday. Originally told 6pm yesterday. Then, 11pm yesterday. Then, within 24 hours wait from when Yesterday at 10am? Clearly not! Very isolated outage, 3 trucks w 1 employee IN each truck but they were all on their cellphone. More to follow
