I've had nothing but good come from at&t i had tons of problems with verizon and then all of a sudden probably starting a week ago my at&t phone can't make texts cant make phone calls or use internet and majority of my income is phone based so no phone equals barely any income and tthen i read a thing on here talking about it would be out for a month what like so now if we need to survive we have to go get tempory service through someone elese just to keep our money flowing or at least thats what i did hopefuly they get it fixed and hopefully they come up with a way to remimburse us like 2-3 months service on them

I have Consumer Cellular for our landline. I haven't been able to use the phone since the 13th and my message light is still blinking. I called Consumer Cellular AGAIN today and was told AT&T has a Tower outage and won't be back on till 9/7!!! I thought AT&T was the best provider!

My sis lives in Sherman Oaks, CA and hasn't had internet for WEEKS. Some copper wiring was stolen and ATT keeps telling her that "they are working on it" and only gives her a timeline of "next week". What is going on??? Had anyone else had this sh---y service?

ATT said they have a tower outage in the area and working to get it resolved without a completion date. I am so sick of speaking with foreigners when I call an American company it is unfair. Make sure to get our credit because it was reported on July 17th according to them I noticed it stopped working for me on July 10th every day that I came home.
