Is Optimum down? ❌

Almost 12hrs later and @optimum still hasn’t fixed the service outage…

There is no bigger scam than @optimum like how do I pay every month to have outages more than I have actual working WiFi???? This **** has been completely out for over a day now like it’s insane how it just like never works

so @optimum do i get free service for a month for all these random outages? bc how is it two nights in a row my wifi cuts out for no reason??

So, in the interest of fairness, my issues with @OptimumHelp were escalated to corporate resolution. Brian worked very hard to resolve everything. I am happy to report that so far, my connection issues are a thing of the past and my bill has been adjusted to my satisfaction.

Yo either @NHL_On_TNT or @optimum one of you has this game looking like it's being recorded on an 80s security camera, can y'all fix that?

Back from the stone age. Courtesy of our food friends at Optimum cable and Internet outage for my whole town and surrounding towns since 7pm last night. Just got it back. Didn't have cell service either. So much fun.
