I don't understand how I have to pay for internet that CONSTANTLY kicks me offline!? 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 there's a ticket open...it's been open since March! I'm TIRED of terrible internet 😒 I see @GetSpectrum trucks on the highway by my house. Fingers crossed 🤞 I can go back to them....

Good ol Spectrum. Raised my bill, and now they're doing "planned maintenance" THAT THEY NEVER WARNED ANYBODY ABOUT, and my internet is down. I'm sure glad I can pay y'all even MORE to keep being assbags...

Ok. I have to confess. I'm anxiously awaiting the new season of Bridgerton, to the point that I keep checking my internet connection to make sure it's working fine. It's still hours away... (Still traumatized by last week's massive Spectrum outage)

So... Spectrum has an entire series of fake messages about the entire process from an outage to fixes... When this was a power outage in my area and the net came back 3 hours ago lol.

*****. My Internet went out at midnight last night. I assumed it was a payment issue and made a payment this afternoon. Still out. Spent 45 min on phone w tech support. Pretty sure my Linksys router crapped out. Spectrum guy coming over tomorrow to check.

It’s astonishing that Spectrum has no idea where they are experiencing outages. They will gladly “look into it”, rather than inform customers where there are outages. Are they so in the dark about their own network? Not very reassuring. @Ask_Spectrum

Been using @GetSpectrum since I moved to DTLA. However, I work from home and previously used spectrum and never had these outage issues at my old apartment. This is ridiculous… anyone know if AT&T has better internet in DTLA area?

A Spectrum technician came and messed with the tap in front of my house randomly and messed it up. I've had no Internet for three hours and Spectrum tells me they can't send anyone out until Wednesday at 3PM. To fix THEIR mistake! #Spectrum

Hey @njal_la are the #OpenVPN #vpn servers not working? I can't hit it any of the three endpoints on my normal ports (80, 443, 1194). Is it me with #Spectrum/#Charter doing some blocking? Or is it #Njalla?
