Charter Spectrum @Ask_Spectrum Have recurring issue watching PGA Championship on CBS today. Screen blacks out and says, "CBS (WNCN) HD is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Reference Code: WLP-4002." Happens on multiple different devices. Is this a known issue?

Hey so in charlotte here wifi went out from like midnight to 9am a few nights ago and since then the wifi cuts out a million times a day lasts a minute to a few mins then comes back even after restarting our stuff have anyone had the same problem or no? @Ask_Spectrum
Idk what took me so long to get rid of spectrum but I no longer have internet issues and I’m spending 100 less. Never again.
I have something to say about all tv company's. Your programming today is terrible! There is so much junk! On tv. Spectrum has the same channels multiple times. The biggest problem I have is they now have commercials all at the same time, and longer than the program!!!

Spectrum is the worst internet company ever. The whole area is out and you call them and they say “we don’t see an outage”. You have direct access to the system and you can see the outage we are all experiencing? That sounds like a you problem (as always)

Spectrum internet is so horrible in my area. Constant outages that last HOURS. I’m starting a new job soon and will primarily be working from home. I literally cannot afford for this internet to go out in the middle of a work day😭 To top it off, there’s no other ISP in my area.
