To the guys at @virginmedia unfortunately the 11 streaming channels you have added this morning don’t work 😢 I pressed red to launch and I’m just met with a lovely black screen, it seems like it’s exactly the same issue with the channels you added a month ago

.@virginmedia so then. Internet broken which generates this error. Which cannot be turned off. So an internet problem causes a denial of service impact on TV. Great work. Kill 2 services from the failure of 1.

Shocking service from @virginmedia. Was told that my services wouldn’t end until Wednesday, when my new service starts Thursday. However, everything has been stopped today, leaving me with no internet ahead of a very important exam tomorrow for university! Thanks @virginmedia

Looks like I'm offline all weekend. My Internet dropped this morning and its not came back. I'm a new Virgin Media customer and so far they're making me frustrated. Engineer booked for Monday

Well done the @virginmedia Twitter Team for sorting out the problem. Outage closed. New contract in place and speed increased. Couldn't ask for better service after my earlier phone call disappointment.

For the past fortnight my @virginmedia gigabyte connection has done nothing but intermittently drop. The online help page is pointing to an issue with the router, so doing a massive reset of it. Fingers crossed this fixes the issues, but I never had these problems before

This is getting annoying now 🤬 For 3 days in a row, multiple times a day, our @virginmedia broadband keeps turning off 🤬 Try and call, get something about "intermittent problems", told to reset everything - then several hours later it goes off again 🤬

So no internet issues with @virginmedia for a few months and now we just recontract (as we have no other option) and internet goes down yet again. No way of reporting outage as according to their site everything is fine.

So you pay @virginmedia for internet/wifi and because the wifi doesn't reach one of my rooms they want £8 a month for a pod to fix the problem! 😡🤬😡 #RipOff

@virginmedia any particular reason my wifi has decided to just randomly cut the internet off at 2am? I was in the middle of something. Not the first time it’s happened. Just because it’s off-peak doesn’t mean people aren’t using it.

A seven hour outage on broadband and TV services today from the clowns at #virginmedia Not a hint of any compensation of course. Utterly useless provider.

Got Life Connect for dad. He’s with Virgin Media and doesn’t have an ADSL box. Couldn’t get phone line and LC box connected at same time. Called customer support, who sent a cable to fix this. Duplicate of one we already had. Called cs again. ‘Plug the phone into LC box’ 🙄
