Is Virgin Media down? ❌

Hey @virginmedia the internet has gone down and when I test the broadband it says looks like there are issues in your postcode. What do I do now?

Morning @virginmedia any ideas of when the broadband issues in FY5 might be resolved - your customers line of visibility on the issue is shocking.

Why does Virgin Media give absolutely no information about what's causing internet downtime, or update the eta on a fix when they go waaay past the estimate?

Hi @virginmedia. Your website implies that if I move, I can take my Virgin acct with me and potentially have it in place on the day of moving. I've had no internet since moving on April 11th. Latest date for getting re-connected is May 28th. Want to try explain why that's OK?

.@virginmedia broadband and TV has been down since before 9am and I only just received a text to say that you're going to fix it now. So I've been without internet for 7 hours already and this is the 2nd time it's gone down in 3 days. Why is the service so bad?

Checking in briefly but having to go fully offline for work today as our internet has been down since about 6PM yesterday and for some reason I have donated my phone connection to my bf. Firing up the old iPod📱, pls fix soon @virginmedia 😓😭

Anyone having issues with @virginmedia? My WiFi is dropping in and out constantly, my pods getting **** signal. I’ve done all the things they say to do, even a factory reset of the hub 5. But it’s still doing it. Usually our connection is really good. Frustrating when you WFH.

Day three internet still down. Called up and @virginmedia have no update on what the problem is, when, and if, it will be resolved. Awful stuff.

So if your internet is down you can watch any tv at all with @virginmedia, it is ridiculous. Engineer can’t come til Monday evening. Looks like I have to talk to my family this weekend.

Hey @virginmedia is there a problem with broadband in B11? My router is stuck on DS Scanning for the last 40 minutes. Tried a reboot and it’s not working.
