Kenapa kalau unifi or internet provider dekat malaysia ada service interruption, dia tk compensate dekat consumer? There should be a clause in the agreement that if the service is not working or down for a large period of time, then no need to pay during that period.

Epic comms from @unifi today. - Before midnight yesterday, internet down. - Called to report service outage at 9.30am, informed will be back up by 1.30pm. - Stream of texts come in, now pushing back rectification ETA to 9.30pm. Talk about incompetence.

Hello @unifi , connection is down at bandar menjalara, Kepong. Been long. 100 isnt responding. Restarting the modem is not working. Its essential as we have important meetings to close deals internationally. The best we expect from you is a 24 hour availability! @MCMC_RASMI

There is a @unifi outage in my area. First sms said service to be restored 9pm today. Then second sms said 6am tomorrow. Now third sms says 11pm tomorrow. What recourse do customers have? This can literally go on forever? You're gonna pause my bill, @unifi ?
