Hello @unifi . I’ve never struggled so hard to get help with my internet. How is my internet still down from early December? Also, how is it possible that there is not ONE avenue that you offer that doesn’t end with the agent/ call just hanging up on you.

Yo,@unifi my wifi box has been down for 1 hours, and the LOS light has been flashing red light the hold time. Try closing the switch and opening back up nothing happen, still the same. I got work to do so, hurry up mf.

Still can’t understand why there are #unifi stock issues with @Ubiquiti in the UK. Got my name down on the waiting list 😎👍🏻 hopefully will be available soon. Great quality gear is always worth the wait. Ready to build my home network empire

My internet has been down for a week and it’s been **** trying to contact @unifi customer service. Apparently their 100 hotline is no longer in use? And the app has no **** button to “feedback” or call CS.
This is horrible. After years of being a loyal customer, I’m done.

i just upgraded my network at home and now have
- symmetric 5gbps up/down fiber
- 3 unifi U7 pro XGS APs with 10gbps uplinks
- fiber uplink between floors
this **** is so fast and nice
and also complete overkill for just me living in this house lmao oh well

Hi @unifi i have been reaching out Unifi since Tuesday. Technician came repair on Monday but same day 8pm, the internet not working again. I reached out thru all options but still no respond. Please respond and solve the issue !
