Hello @unifi . I’ve never struggled so hard to get help with my internet. How is my internet still down from early December? Also, how is it possible that there is not ONE avenue that you offer that doesn’t end with the agent/ call just hanging up on you.

Yo,@unifi my wifi box has been down for 1 hours, and the LOS light has been flashing red light the hold time. Try closing the switch and opening back up nothing happen, still the same. I got work to do so, hurry up mf.

My internet has been down for a week and it’s been **** trying to contact @unifi customer service. Apparently their 100 hotline is no longer in use? And the app has no **** button to “feedback” or call CS. This is horrible. After years of being a loyal customer, I’m done.

i just upgraded my network at home and now have - symmetric 5gbps up/down fiber - 3 unifi U7 pro XGS APs with 10gbps uplinks - fiber uplink between floors this **** is so fast and nice and also complete overkill for just me living in this house lmao oh well
