Im no fan of PSN but this is the direct inverse of the Helldivers situation. Sony is proactively preventing regional access problems before launch and are being transparent with PSN requirements. Singleplayer doesn't require PSN but multiplayer does.

Microsoft closing studios Sony restricting game sales unless PSN Riot forcing kernel level anti cheat on their games common theme. AAA gaming is the problem.

Sony is restricting sales of their published games (on PC) from any country that cannot make a PSN then you have Microsoft closing studios left and right AAA gaming is dying because they are the problem Gaming is still fun, just stop playing AAA games. Big corpa killing fun
This was always the biggest issue for me. Restricting the sale where PSN isn't even active is insane. So ya. It ain't over.
The 177 countries listed here are the ones that Helldivers2 was delisted in PRIOR to Sony backpedaling on the PSN Account issue. This should just be something that Sony and Steam need to work out so that Steam can re-list it in those countries.
Finally this was really grinding my gears. Having to link my psn account with my Microsoft account every time I wanted to play (bearing in mind I only have the Microsoft account for @SeaOfThieves. Thank **** shouldn’t be a problem anymore 😇🏴☠️

fairly certain theres an invite bug in #MK1, where if you invite someone who is on PC but is also on your PSN/XBL friends list, the invite will still go to PSN/XBL, despite being a "WBID" invite
PlayStation issues is they been working in a closed platform and a closed ecosystem where they can do anything they want and ignore pushback. PC player play on PC to get away from that. So getting people to buy a game then introducing mandatory PSN after was a bad move.

Ok well at least disabling screenshot sharing and social media friend suggestions isn't as egregious as shutting down entire studios and forcing PSN memberships on a PC game
