If you are considering using Frontier as your internet provider, keep in mind, that their customer support is nonexistant. Internet down again in League City, TX, and zero answers, zero support. Not even a notification. nothing. Their chatbot is useless. #frontierfios

Our @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier internet has been down for a total of 35 hours & 15 minutes in the last like 2.5 weeks & we don’t know why. The absolute worst providers! Please never get them if you have any other options.
I think we’ll have to switch to starlink at this rate.

Frontier still down not sure what’s up showing data as impacted so has to be a main hub that was hit or having issues or some road crew hit a fiber line. Hopefully will be back up streaming dev shortly for now just have local and cell don’t have a backup provider yet.

1:33 PM: A planned outage is scheduled on 11/17 from 10:00am to 12:30pm affecting customers in the town of Frontier. The RM of Frontier will experience 2 brief outages at the start and end of the work being completed lasting approximately 10 to #skoutage 1/2

Do not under any circumstances buy @AskFrontier internet service. The service is always down and then they try to get you to buy “back up” for when it crashes. 20 hour outage is by far the longest I’ve ever had. Complete trash.

Had @FrontierCorp fiber for fiber 5 weeks and now the service is already out & I'm told it's a physical issue & no one can come until tomorrow afternoon. It goes down about once a week but bounces back usually until now. Those Spectrum mailers I'm bombarded with are looking nice.

So for the second time in a month my internet is down, of course the app that they want you to use doesn’t show any outages, but if you contact them directly they confirm the outage. @FrontierCorp time to fix your app
