Brightspeed crew working across the street earlier today, and now have no service. I am certain they cut a line installing something else. Now have to have a tech visit tomorrow morning.

Cannot make outgoing calls on land line. Incoming calls seem to work occasionaly. Never had these problems with centurytel. Pretty annoying. I can see why people are dropping their land lines. If it doesn't work when you need it it's useless.

Landline phone out since early afternoon, no dial tone. Brightspeed website is useless for troubleshooting, keeps kicking me out. Two days ago we lost phone, WiFi & TV for 24 hrs. Gettysburg, PA

No phone service .....unable to pay bill on line ....4 attempts on September 14th, finally reached a PERSON on September 15th and got a confirmation of payment. Today phone line is down....I am sure from this problem again! We are a convenience store that has fuel sales of Gasoline and Diesel... today phone lines are not working...the phone lines are working all over town, except for ours! This is a problem that our business can not afford! Please help.
