Loud crackling noises. When someone call automatically go to voice mail and say cannot accept calls. Loud crackling noises. Chatgpt says no outage. When I call it's always an outage but all my neighbors and community has service. I need a technician to check my phone and lines. Hire some people to get the job done. We pay every month but get no service. If I don't have service for a month then I should not have to pay

Kemp tx on Kingswood rd since father's day they have either brought it down all the way or the speed was 0.5. So slow you can not do anything. Yesterday all the way down. Today going down then up to 0.5. Now down at present.
