I’ve never seen an internet service go down more than @quantumfiber. Not only that, they’ll just tell you it won’t be fixed until the next day.

Is there any internet service provider who can get me connected tonight? ******* @QuantumFiber service has been down for 2 days. They keep lying about when it'll be back up. Now they're saying 5 tomorrow morning. That's bullshit. I can't work w/o internet

Our @CenturyLink @quantumfiber went down weeks ago, was not fixed by a tech visit, and will not be looked at again for week, apparently. Catastrophic for remote workers like me. In the meantime we got very nice 5G home internet from @TMobile - so fast and easy, may just keep it.

Over 18 hours of a @quantumfiber outage. Save yourself some money and time. Whatever they tell you about being reliable is bs. I’ve had several issues and now this.

Bad news is @quantumfiber is down again and apparently wont be back until tomorrow afternoon. Good news is this is right before my next bill so I can easily switch over to xfinity
