#Frontier FIOS out AGAIN. Three times in a week and a half due to thieves stealing cable. My Verizon hotspot is costing me $50 a day for very limited usage. The last outage lasted 3 days and before that it was 4 days. This is ridiculous @FrontierCorp

My Fios is down for some reason. Stuck using my phone as a hotspot- kinda worried about zoom meetings tomorrow. Maybe it is a sign I should be going to sleep? Eh- F that. Just “Hole Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me!” The cool kids are using it as an expletive, now, right? 😂

Wow, am I disappointed with @VerizonSupport. This is my second FIOS outage in a week, and the earliest they can send a technician is next Monday? I am seriously considering cancelling my service and switching to someone who can take care of their customers.
Thought Xfinity customer service was awful but @verizonfios is hands down the worst customer service I’ve had with any provider

Optimum is notorious for having there Internet down like 100 times a year. Apparently in my area Frontier is the way to go? Anyone in northeast CT or NY agree ?! I can’t get fios which drives me NUTS

The Northeast needs new Internet providers. It’s inexplicable the way @verizonfios has gone downhill. Both my TV and Internet have been down since 430 and there’s no customer support. The earliest I can schedule a call back is December 26.
