If anyone is condsidering using Optimum Internet service--don't do it. The internet is not working now. I use it for work. They told me they could not fix it for 2 days. That never happens with Spectrum. What is the number for Verizon FIOS?

apparently my internet has been down since 6 am and my modem won't restart so spectrum's solution is to send out a technician even though they a) probably won't come when I am available and b) will almost certainly not do anything I can't do so anyway im trying to switch to fios
