OK, @Xfinity @XfinitySupport, I was patient during the first 2 days of intermittent internet outages. It's day 3, and my internet has been down ALL day. You lied saying it would be restored by 8 pm. Are you going to reimburse me for the mobile data I've had to use today?

As if today wasn’t already a ****** day… Xfinity just had to go and make it worse with an outage in my area… internet been out since 6pm.. and the service in my area is already trash.. I’m going back to AT&T.

Xfinity has gone way down in quality. Apparently they took down a huge chunk of Boston for “network improvements” (at least — outage map only shows small part of the city). This comes after weeks of nobody being able to help me activate my allegedly free @peacock @XfinitySupport

Xfinity has the best customer service hands down.

Something needs to be done with Xfinity probably and other places, but I’m dealing with Houston Texas every other day there is an outage and something needs to be done. Xfinity is getting paid good money and they need to give people their money back for the continuous outages.

chat never use xfinity, actual most dogshit internet company ive ever seen, i use there chat support ai ****, and say talk to a agent it dosent work for A HOUR AND STILL ISNT WORKING so i call there help hotline and i say my info and details on the account and GRRRR NOT WORKING
