It gets worse, remarkably. On day 3 of @xfinity not providing internet, they failed to make the planned “enhancements,” and will now do them tomorrow. But good news! Internet’s up until then! Except it’s not. They told me it was repeatedly before admitting my outage is ongoing.
Hey @Xfinity get your **** together. I pay to much for my cable and internet to keep going in and out. I have been dealing with this for 2 weeks. I’m sick of it. I want credit on my account. I can’t even do school work without issues.
Chilling today after a medical procedure. Too bad the Xfinity/Comcast issue is not fixed- no wifi 😔. At least I have a few shows saved from Netflix. Truffles is keeping me company #Thursday

Why's the Xfinity website so terrible? Errors loading pages, randomly get logged out even when I check to stay logged in, everything loads so slowly? Seems like something an internet service provider should have figured out.@XfinitySupport Random rate increases suck too.
My @xfinity home internet was down yesterday and today (unannounced) and will be down again tomorrow. I was told to DM them, which I did twice, hours ago. No response, but my internet is down again. If you’re in the market for an internet service provider, avoid @xfinity.

Day two without internet. Comcast/xfinity not only can't fix it, they won't let me cancel service. So I put a stop payment/fraud flag on any charges from them, I'm returning the modem next week, and I have T-Mobile giving me internet for $40/month. Do. Not. ****. With. Me.
Gotta love life. Bright, sun-shiny day. Mid 60s, no clouds, no rain, no wind. BUUUUTTT, I have @Xfinity so I have no internet either. $1000 says @XfinitySupport tells me it’s my fault and that I need to reset this and do that and blah, blah, blah. Nope, that’s why I pay YOU!
Calling it a network performance issue instead of an outage is just @XfinitySupport trying to avoid customers getting credit for the lack of service. How does Xfinity keep raising the price when my availability is a joke?

.@Xfinity your web/tv app is TERRIBLE. garbage. YouTube in 06 was better than this. The mobile app doesn’t support PiP. The TV app buffers constantly. It’s an awful product. Fix it.

Hey @Xfinity @XfinitySupport Thank you for an incredibly frustrating day. After 2 trips to the store and multiple hours on the phone, we still don’t have the issue resolved. And TBH, the aggravation is not worth the $25 credit on the bill for a longtime customer.
So . . . I wonder how @verizon is doing during these outages with @ATT and @Xfinity . . . 🤷

Why is @ATT SO bad?! We had Xfinity for years and thought we hated it. Had AT&T internet now for maybe 2 months and have had an outage nearly every week. This is straight EXHAUSTING in an era when a lot of us work from home!!
