First real day of vacation and @FrontierCorp decided it was the perfect time to have an outage since 9am this morning. Pick a work day next time K? Will be asking for a credit for this day. I dropped @GetSpectrum due to their outages but you guys are shaping up to be worse.

If anyone is condsidering using Optimum Internet service--don't do it. The internet is not working now. I use it for work. They told me they could not fix it for 2 days. That never happens with Spectrum. What is the number for Verizon FIOS?

Internet is down. I work from home and my business depends on it. Unfortunately, I can’t do everything from the phone. @GetSpectrum is telling me they can’t do anything for 2 days. Wth? Had to vent my frustration here in hopes that they’ll pay attention and help a customer.

Lmfao!! Just canceled @ATT Internet to @GetSpectrum and not even a week in spectrum is down, yes they’re a better service in my area but after all the years @ATT wasn’t out like this but a few times, but @ATT was still ripping me off with their dsl internet24 for 100 a month!
