If anyone is condsidering using Optimum Internet
service--don't do it. The internet is not working now. I use it for work. They told me they could not fix it for 2 days. That never happens with Spectrum. What is the number for Verizon FIOS?

apparently my internet has been down since 6 am and my modem won't restart so spectrum's solution is to send out a technician even though they a) probably won't come when I am available and b) will almost certainly not do anything I can't do so anyway im trying to switch to fios

I hate @verizon don’t have Fios in Dallas… cause @ATT count your days! Yall didn’t even know it was an outage in my area. Then.. yall lil 288-2020 number.. sucks ***! Worst AI ever. It couldn’t even pick up to transfer me to tech support! According to employee common issue! WOW!

PSA I know a lot of you are tech people. This is the BEST router I've ever used. VERY fast speeds (on Fios 2 gig I get 2.2-2.4 Gbps upload and down, same as wired) and lots of features, + incredible range. Even on the 6 Ghz band I can be in different rooms or outside and still

When you have an outage, if the technician on the ground reports it to a central database your support team would save millions I reduced call resolution. This in addition to elevated customer experience.
