Kinetic fiber cut, but not getting any updates on repairs.

In Nevada IA, power company cut a power line and that fried Kinetic internet. Happened at corner of 260th Street and 19th Street S. Nobody is working there to fix Kinetic internet. Info given to me personally by Kinetic employee I know. Company is terrible. I'm canceling service and changing to satellite internet.

We have reset our modem several times. Unplugged it for ten minutes. Made sure all lines are connected correctly. This happens entirely too often. The slightest rain cuts our service for several hours or days. I'm tired of paying 100 bucks a month for spotty service.
